Silah permisi ateşli silahlar için geçerli. Ama yurt dışında diplomatik görevde olan bir kişi yurda dönerken diplomatik kargonun içinde getirebilir diye biliyorum. Sonuçta getirilir ama masrafı çok fazla tutabilir.
